Air Pollution Monitoring in Chiang Mai
Since the opening of CM Mediclinic, our doctor & medical staff have been advising patients about protection from air pollution in Chiang Mai. Especially during Chiang Mai's burning season, where farmers practice slash and burn agriculture and harmful PM 2.5 (particulate matter that is two and a half microns or less in width) are at their highest concentration levels. We have also been monitoring and purifying our indoor air at our medical clinic to give our patients every bit of quality healthy air we can, while visiting our healthcare doctor in Chiang Mai.
We are very pleased to announce that we have now set up our very own outside air pollution monitoring station. Additionally CM Mediclinic has also joined the Air Visual network enabling us to publicly share live updated readings of our local air quality to the world. Our contribution will provide families, researchers and clean air advocates, like ourselves with valuable air data for our neighbourhood. This data is accessible directly through the Air Visual platform via their award winning app and website.
